Statement of Our Mission
About Us
Wiltsie Community Church
We strive to uphold and fulfill the “Great Commission” referred to in
the Bible in Matthew 28:18-20. This commission is to spread the
Gospel of Salvation from our sins and eternal life through faith in
and commitment to Jesus Christ. All members of Wiltsie Community
Church are instructed to fulfill this commission, and we strive to do
this through our fellowship at Wiltsie, our support of its ministries
and through our own personal testimony and life walk for God.
Statement of Our Vision
Our VISION is to reach out with the Gospel to the un-churched within
the “four Corners” of our community (Jamestown, North Warren,
Scandia and Lander).
We desire to meet individual and family spiritual, social and crisis
needs, to better our community as a testimony of the Hope that lives
within us, and to glorify God in all of our church’s functions and
activities.
Statement of Faith
 | | We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testament, |
| | to be the only inspired, inerrant, infallible, authoritative Word of God written.
|
 | | We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in |
| | three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
|
 | | We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His |
| | sinless life, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
|
 | | We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, |
| | regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
|
 | | We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose |
| | indwelling power and fullness, the Christian is enabled to live a godly life in this present evil world.
|
 | | We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; |
| | they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
|
 | | We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ. |
